Frank’s Carpet Care was established in 1985, and is family-owned and operated. We are a licensed contractor with the California State License Board, also maintaining licenses with the City of Elk Grove and the City of Sacramento. We are bonded, insured and hold many industry-related certifications.

Cleaning services include using a high-powered, truck-mounted, steam-cleaning unit, with the aid of biodegradable & environment-friendly pre-sprays, deodorizers and a soft water rinse, giving special attention to heavily soiled and spotted areas. In addition to our award-winning service, philanthropy is a major area of focus. We are nothing without the community in which we serve. Being members of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and the Laguna Sunrise Rotary Club of Elk Grove provides us with opportunities to support programs benefitting citizens in areas of need.
